Warranty & Service Policy — Paradiseee Wellness

1. Overview

Our panels are covered by a 4-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty period begins on the Date of Delivery to the original purchaser. This policy explains how service works and what is covered.

2. What’s Covered

Subject to the exclusions below, we will repair or replace panels that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the 4-year warranty period, when used and maintained according to the user manual.

3. How Service Works (Parts-First Model)

To minimize downtime, we use a “parts-first” service model. While many module swaps are designed to be straightforward, we strongly recommend that any installation, hard-wiring, or repair work be performed by a licensed professional to ensure safety and proper function.

  1. Remote Diagnostics
    • We review your description of the issue and may request:
      • A short 30–60 second video showing the problem.
      • Photos of status LEDs or error indicators.
    • In some cases, we may conduct a quick live video session.
  2. Field-Replaceable Modules
    • Once the issue is confirmed, we generally ship the necessary module(s), which may include:
      • Power supply
      • LED boards
      • Controller/driver modules
      • Cabling
      • Cooling assemblies
  3. Installation & Safety
    • We provide instructions and/or a guide to assist with installation.
    • Safety Warning: Electrical components carry risks. Paradiseee Wellness is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from self-installation. We recommend using a qualified technician.
  4. Verification
    • After installation, we may ask for a brief video or self-test to confirm that the issue is resolved.

4. Advanced Exchange for Modules

Where appropriate, we can offer an “advanced exchange” for modules:

  • We cross-ship a replacement module with a refundable credit-card hold equal to the module’s value.
  • You return the original module within 14 days using the prepaid label we provide.
  • The hold is released once the carrier scans the return.

(Full-panel advanced exchange may be limited or paused during specific periods based on inventory availability.)

5. Shipping Commitments (U.S. Orders)

Year 1:

  • Approved parts shipments: we cover round-trip ground shipping.
  • If a full-unit return is necessary (which is rare after diagnostics), we cover shipping both ways.

Years 2–3:

  • We cover shipping from us to you for parts.
  • If a full-unit return is required after diagnostics, you cover the outbound shipping cost (discounted labels may be available); we cover the return shipment if we send a replacement.

Year 4:

  • Parts and labor remain covered under the 4-year warranty.
  • You are responsible for shipping both ways (we can offer discounted labels where available).

6. Eligibility & Exclusions

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Requires proof of purchase and an intact serial number.
  • Applies only to products purchased directly from Paradiseee Wellness or our authorized sellers. Purchases from unauthorized resellers are not covered.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by shipping or transit (please refer to our Shipping Policy for transit claims).
  • Intentional damage or negligence.
  • Normal cosmetic wear (for example, minor scratches or scuffs).
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper installation or operation contrary to the user manual.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Liquid damage or operation near water or in excessively humid environments.
  • Damage from power surges, improper voltage, or unstable power sources.
  • Use near flammable materials or in unapproved configurations.

7. Safety Reminders

  • Always use provided or recommended eye protection.
  • Ensure adequate cooling and do not cover vents.
  • Connect only to a properly grounded outlet.
  • Do not operate near water or flammable gases/liquids.

8. Remedies

At our option, and to the extent permitted by law, we will:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better performance, or
  • Provide a prorated refund if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

These are your exclusive remedies under this warranty, except where additional rights are mandated by law.

9. Launch-Window Service

For orders delivered between November 15, 2025 and May 1, 2026 (“Launch Window”), certain replacement panels and parts may ship from our international service hubs. We aim to process these shipments reasonably quickly, though transit times may vary.

If service during this period extends beyond a commercially reasonable timeframe, you may choose to:

  • Continue service and receive regular updates, or
  • Convert the case to a refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email support@paradiseeewellness.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the serial number
  • A 30–60 second video showing the issue and any error indicators
  • Your shipping address for parts

We aim to respond to all claims as promptly as possible. Parts and replacements will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible following diagnosis.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
