1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application ("App"), products, and services. By visiting our site, downloading our App, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Store Policies (including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or use this website and App.
3. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
IMPORTANT: The content on this website, in our App, and in our communications is provided for educational and/or informational purposes only. It is NOT medical advice. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Product Information & Safety
Our red light therapy products are designed for general wellness and performance support. Always:
- Read and follow the user manual in full.
- Follow guidance on session duration, distance from the panel, eye protection, heat, and placement.
- Use only as directed, and do not modify the device or its power supply.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Paradiseee Wellness products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness program, especially if you:
- Are pregnant or trying to conceive
- Are photosensitive or taking photosensitizing medications
- Have any medical condition or implants, or are under ongoing medical care
References to FDA registration relate to device safety/compliance processes and do not mean that the device is FDA cleared or approved for the treatment of any specific medical condition.
6. Mobile Application License & Usage
If you download or use our mobile application ("App"):
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.
- Updates: We may provide updates, patches, or upgrades to the App, which may be automatically downloaded to your device. You agree to receive these updates.
- Prohibitions: You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
7. Orders, Pricing & Availability
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until we accept your order.
- We may refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if an order appears fraudulent or abusive.
- If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will promptly refund the full amount paid.
8. Payment & Taxes
- Payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
- By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT/GST, duties, or other taxes or fees related to your purchase.
9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- We ship via reputable carriers. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we deliver your order to the carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
- Our 60-day home trial, return instructions, and any applicable non-returnable items are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Our 4-year limited warranty and service process are described in our Warranty Policy.
- All returns and warranty claims require prior authorization (an RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, App, or underlying systems.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, access other users’ data, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
- Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify any software or firmware associated with our products except as permitted by law.
- Use automated means (including bots or scrapers) to access or extract data from our website without our written permission.
- Use our products in ways that are unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the user manual and safety instructions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the site and App—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to Paradiseee Wellness and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except where allowed by law (e.g., fair use).
13. User Reviews & Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, or other content, you:
- Grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business (for example, on our website, ads, and social channels), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
- Represent that you own or control all rights in the content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
14. Termination
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, access to the Services, or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability to you.
Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site and App.
Survival: All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
15. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services we do not control. We provide these “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of third-party sites and tools is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARADISEEE WELLNESS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE, THE APP, AND YOUR USE THEREOF. THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE, (3) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
17. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Paradiseee Wellness be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or
- Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities,
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, except where a higher limit is required by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradiseee Wellness, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your misuse of the website, App, or products,
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Launch Window Service Levels (Temporary)
For orders delivered between November 15, 2025 and May 1, 2026 (the “Launch Window”):
- Certain replacement panels and parts may ship from our international service hubs.
- Typical timelines are 7–14 business days for parts shipments and 14–21 business days for full-unit exchanges.
If you choose to wait for repair or exchange instead of a refund during this Launch Window and law allows it, we may extend your limited warranty by an additional 60 days for that unit.
20. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the website, App, products, or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
- You agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
22. Other Legal Essentials
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Store Policies, form the entire agreement between you and Paradiseee Wellness regarding the website and products.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as carrier issues, natural disasters, public health events, government actions, or internet/utility outages).
- Limitation Period: Any claim relating to the products or services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, unless a longer period is required by law.
