1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or use this site.

3) Product Information & Safety

Our red light therapy products are designed for general wellness and performance support. Always follow the user manual, including guidance on distance, session duration, eye protection, heat considerations, and placement.

4) Medical Disclaimer

Paradiseee Wellness products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary by individual. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, photosensitive, or have any medical condition. References to FDA registration relate to device safety/compliance processes—not to FDA clearance or approval for medical treatment.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Availability

We may limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until your order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel orders for errors in pricing or product information.

6) Payment & Taxes Payments are processed securely via our payment processors. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT/GST, duties, or other taxes applicable to your purchase.

7) Shipping & Risk of Loss

We use reputable carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

8) Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Your purchase may be eligible for our 4-year limited warranty, subject to the conditions in our Store Policies (incorporated by reference). All returns and warranty claims require prior authorization (RMA).

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or products, including interfering with site operation, copying or reverse-engineering software/firmware, scraping/data mining without permission, or using products contrary to safety instructions.

10) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, product names, software) is owned by or licensed to Paradiseee Wellness and protected by law. Do not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11) User Reviews & Submissions

If you submit reviews, images, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and site operation, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools or links over which we have no control. We provide them “as is,” without warranties or endorsement. Your use is at your own risk.

13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL PARADISEEE WELLNESS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradiseee Wellness, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15) Launch Window Service Levels (Temporary)

For orders delivered between November 15, 2025 and May 1, 2026 (the “Launch Window”), replacement panels and certain parts may ship from our international service hubs. Typical warranty service timelines during this window are 7–14 business days for parts and 14–21 business days for full-unit exchanges. Where allowed by law, if you elect to wait for a repair or exchange rather than a refund during the Launch Window, we will add 60 extra days to your limited warranty for that unit.

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we post changes, we update the Last Updated date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

18) Friendly Legal Essentials (kept simple) Severability; No Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale. These Terms, together with the Store Policies and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the site and products. Force Majeure. We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier or supplier issues, natural disasters, public health events, government actions, internet/utility outages). Limitation Period. Any claim relating to the products or services must be brought within one (1) year after it accrues.
