Shipping Policy — Paradiseee Wellness

1. Order Processing

  • For in-stock items, orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
  • You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as it is available.
  • Processing and delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather.

2. Carriers, Title & Risk of Loss

  • We ship using reputable carriers and services appropriate for heavy items.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we deliver your order to the carrier.
  • An adult signature may be required at delivery, depending on the order value and carrier rules.

3. Delivery Types

Depending on the size/weight of your order:

  • Parcel (Standard):
    • Curbside or door delivery.
    • Drivers do not unbox the unit or carry it upstairs.
  • Freight (Oversized):
    • Includes liftgate service plus curbside delivery only.
    • Inside delivery, installation, or setup are not included.

4. Receiving Checklist (Important for Heavy Panels)

To protect your rights with carriers and warranty coverage, we recommend:

  1. Inspect the shipping carton before signing:
    • Look for crushed corners, punctures, tears, or re-taped seams.
  2. If you see visible damage:
    • Note it on the driver’s handheld or Bill of Lading (e.g., “carton crushed at corner”).
    • Take photos of the damage before opening the box.
  3. Photograph the outer carton (all sides) and then the inner foam/cradle as you unbox.
  4. Keep all packaging for at least 30 days or until your unit has been fully tested and confirmed to be working properly.

5. Lost or Late Shipments

  • If tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, email support@paradiseeewellness.com so we can open a trace with the carrier.
  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue within their standard service window, we will either reship your order or issue a refund, at your choice.

6. Wrong Address and Re-Delivery

  • If an address error is provided at checkout, we will attempt a mid-transit intercept with the carrier where possible (carrier fees may apply).
  • If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, it is processed as a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Any re-shipping or return charges may be deducted from your refund or charged for a re-shipment.

7. International Shipping (If Offered)

  • If and when we offer international shipping:
    • Additional duties, taxes, or import fees may be collected by your local customs authority.
    • You are responsible for any such fees.
    • Certain regions may have longer shipping times or restrictions based on local regulations.
